Two decades ago, we started our recruitment journey in the headhunting business for skilled IT professionals. It was tough sourcing in an international setting. It helped us in shaping our tactical and analytical skills, commitments and becoming great business partners.
Within a few years, we started to branch out into other industries and functional areas and learned a lot on the way. Things changed rapidly. What remained constant was our drive for results and the customer’s demand for skilled and qualified professionals.
We grew naturally from “search and selection” to “in-house recruitment” and coaching of corporate recruiters. Our company, Parkwijck, matured with us and today we offer recruitment services ranging from search to temporary staffing to recruitment process outsourcing and coaching of Recruiters.
